My father went from mild to severe Alzheimers during the pandemic (we managed to prevent him getting COVID from 2019 all the way until late 2022, but once he did his alzheimers came on very fast), and is now in a home as well. I had no idea that character was dedicated to someone like this, what a fantastic tribute.
