I am about to buy one. What do you recommend for a jellyfin setup with it?
So far I got:
- Projectivity Launcher
- set speed to 0.5 for snappier experience
- debloat via adb https://florisse.nl/shield-debloat/
Additional Q: if it can upscale 1080 to 4k, does that mean I don’t need my 4k collection anymore? It sounds too good to be true.
Just make sure it uses wired Ethernet. The WiFi module on it is doodoo.
I get decent speeds with Wi-fi for streaming, I haven’t tried other uses.
I have had issues with the wifi on mine. Frequently losing connection and having to restart the network adapter or reboot entirely.
Adjusting the wifi to avoid 802.11ax seems to have resolved the issue.
