minus-squarec0mpost@lemmy.eco.brlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·2 years agoMaybe you need stronger muscles. I feel my posture only improved in a more sustainable way when I started doing strength exercises. Yoga is great for that purpose, pilates too.
You could try fixing your posture.
I tend to try fix my posture then 5mins later I’m laid horizontal on an upright chair.
