Like 45° or below. Something that won’t break easily or damage the Steam Deck and is not toxic or won’t cause cancer somehow

Do you mean, 45 degrees the angle of the screen? Maybe something like a Nintendo Switch or Wii U stand, there are ones that have adjustable backs
