    I’m stating the reality of the situation with fascist in the federal government and cops knowing they won’t be punished. I was watching live and seen this happen over and over ppl gotta be smarter here. (here for me is near LA)

        His left leg as he was facing about 45 deg away from the cops is what i saw. he had just turned to face that way when got shot. If you’re thinking of the Australian reporter that’s different

          Source here says back of the thigh. Was wearing his press pass around his neck and his camera.

          I haven’t seen the video, but you’re saying he’d just turned.

          Reading between the lines here - if he’d been slower turning, or not turned at all, that bullet would have been much closer to his testicles.

          Before someone says I’m reaching:

          • City of LA Pays $200k to protestor whose testicle was destroyed by rubber bullet
          • Different protestor calls for changes at LAPD after testicle is ruptured by rubber bullet
          • Police bias trainer shot while holding hands up in San Jose, suffers ruptured testicle
          • LAPD shoots man with hands up at point blank range in testicles with rubber bullet

          I don’t know. I don’t see any shades of gray here, just black and more black.
