    Nice first harvest! Small batches like this are perfect for making quick pickles - just toss those cucumbers in vinegar, salt, dill and garlic overnight in the fridge. No need for fancy canning equipmnet. It’s how I started before going all-in with bigger harvests.

      Good idea! I did want to start pickling ages ago, just didn’t have the stuff for it, now we’re trying to grow some more cukes, then pickles galore! How do you make yours? I like mine on the sweet but tangy side.
