    My wife plays this one game with a ball that changes colours that goes collecting coins in a road with three lanes, and you get 1 -3 points (?) per coin. My highest score is like 200 something, hers is 7k. 🤣

    Edit: the game’s called “Colour Road” and my high score is 70 something…

    I always feel like those are people that would’ve been speedrunners or avid soulslike players if they were born later

      My mom didn’t let me play on the SNES because she was too invested playing Super Mario World and wouldn’t let me have a chance to ruin the save. Gamer moms are scary.

    I’d be surprised if a game like this doesn’t have some sort of automated level generation (that maybe requires some minimal human input from time to time).

      There was just a news story about how they fired all of the level designers after the designers made a new ai system to make new levels.
