I don’t think the article is old enough to be considered out of date for this community, so posting it here is ok. But, it is old enough that I think it is beneficial to include the date. The community sidebar does say that the purpose of the community is posting news. Lemmy is not currently big enough to have an active community about solar power. Otherwise, that would be the right place.
