You’re linking a propagandist that doesn’t speak mandarin nor Uyghur, and is walking around trying deliberately to manufacture propaganda. The entire channel seems dedicated to propogating western exceptionalism and demonization of non-white nations.
He has a video talking about how awesome a town is in China and how there’s nothing as nice in America because of old infrastructure and homeless/drug addicts everywhere. He’s just a dude with a travel YouTube channel. I’m sorry China isn’t perfect.

There are countless other travel channels that do a much better job of showing off Xinjiang, with people that speak Uyghur and Mandarin.
