For example, a long, deep hum means a garage door is opening/closing. I can also hear (and feel) footsteps and movement from people around a building, even very subtle movement. I can also pick up on all the little creaks a building makes. However, despite being able to hear subtle sounds, I cannot hear “no” sound or silence due to the ringing. :/
