Hi, so I was thinking about moving to Germany or Russia, but I have a question: which one is more open-minded?
If I participate in the exchange program, I will inevitably be in Germany, but as for Germany or Russia (or maybe Latvia or Kyrgyzstan)…
Which of these four countries is the safest?
Haven’t been there, but on accounts of some friends, and a YouTuber who travelled across South America back and forth, Colombia and Brazil could be good choices. SA cultures look generally warmer and more social. I don’t know about the details, but maybe there’s someone here who could comment on that (and I’m ok with being completely wrong about everything:) )
Colombia is not a good place to be if you are trans
For Brazil I’d suggest Curitiba or Florianópolis as the safest and most likely welcoming. Other cities might be more welcoming but less safe, or more safe and less welcoming.
Uruguay too if you can afford the cost of living. Just visited there myself.
