    The first and only thing I ask when a company does this is: how can I ask a question to a human representative?

      I do not understand your request. Please state the purpose of the call as you would normally.

      Literally my last call to a shit company that used AI to filter calls.

      And in my case there were no other means of contacting the company except writing a letter (with proof of receipt so they can’t just ignore the letter).
