Donna Troy version of Wonder Girl maybe? Has black hair and was a Titan
Silver bracers, black dress with sparkles, seems like Donna Troy to me.
I can’t think of anyone else with quite the same pattern as they normally use for her.

What gets me is his design is different in the painting of all of them on the wall in the back
The real question: do you let them keep their AC or do they actually have to go unarmored
Answer: I just ran a level 1 one-shot aboard a fancy dirigible, and the party indeed had no armor or gear. They had to get it from the supply closet when things went south.
Unarmored, unarmed except for what you can reasonably hide. You all bought at least 1 dagger over the course of your campaign, right?
