Someone watched Snowpiercer and went nuts

This is my starter home, bought in 2013 for 79,500, sold it in 2021 for 160,000 after extensive renovation. It was recently sold again for 220,000 with no additional work done.

I went from playing WoW(2005 to legion), Diablo(2,3), Hearthstone(alot of expansions), and HotS to nothing. They got a lot of money out of me over the years but ultimately have lost my business moving forward.
