Its just 6 giant supervillains fighting each other over the ruins of tokyo. I think for a lot of people Nintendo is the favorite but if any of them win or if they stop fighting we all lose.
This is just how giant corporations work in markets. Its when they start working together to destroy the city that things get really bad. (Look at what tyson and cargill did to meat prices in the US, for instance).
And if you look at who is trying to do that, well which company has been buying up game companies with the hopes of corning the market on AAA titles?

Did somebody forget about Microsoft?

Didn’t like a judge intervene to make this deal happen? Can we get that dumbass judge’s face plastered over this deal?

They’re over leveraged on AI so they’re trying to create markets for it, lol. Jesus christ this economy is a ponzi scheme

Cheat on all the tests and bribe the professors and you’re still a doctor.

When do we start throwing shoes at these corrupt goons?
And to be clear I’m saying their end goal is to do an Iraq and Fallujah on US cities.

This is a fact, yes. Motor vehicle deaths from children drop whenever driving goes down. Insurance claims go down. Pollution goes down.

Car companies are parasites. America was built on trains and the investments into car infrastructure have paralleled US declines. Its just not an effecient use of public resources to build highways between cities.

The kids who beat him up deserve medals imo

I would try two things.
heat gun the goo a little (get it up to like 150F or so) and see if it the sappy liquid runs and you can maybe clean it and drain it easier at temp
get some shrink wrap to seal up the ends. That might help for a while if you can get it tight.
I’m not familiar with those headphones but sometimes manufacturers will put grease or goo inside the cables to reduce straining and folding of the wires.
It looks kinda like rosin in the photo. I wonder if something inside the device was saturated in rosin and its just leaking down the cable?

Posting online doesnt fix things. You gotta go outside and knock on doors

Are you saying people shouldn’t feel more than one way about a company?
People can feel a company is behaving poorly even while everyone acknowledges they have a good product.

I’d be sad but its really becoming an old yeller situation.

We’re replying to a story where a lady left an infant in a car. Do you really think people like this lady are a new development to human kind?I didnt say people leaving their kids in the forest infants in their forest were “good people making good decisions” but its a thing that absolutely happened.
Infant cries are very disturbing for evolutionary reasons. This kind of problem is so prolific evolution came up with solutions.
My point is if this had happened in some natural environment it would be more survivable and there simply used to be more natural environments.

Its a twofold problem its not just “grandpa played in the forest as a small child” its also:
"people now work and run errands much further from their house in environments very hostile to children. As such monitoring children has become vastly more complicated than much of human historu.

Our grand parents did this kind of stuff all the time. Kids were allowed to roam free in forests for hours. Weirdly if she’d left the kids in a forest they probably would be fine.
A lot of the danger comes from car infrastructure. Parking lots might as well be the surface of mercury on a hot day with almost no shade. Traffic poses a lethal hazard to kids. Almost all shade is removed on purpose in public urban areas lest god forbid homeless people decide to hang out at a covered rest stop. And don’t even think of letting kids wander around shops or commercial areas.
Not saying this lady did anything right but society has to own up to its role in making urban areas hostile to children.
