As another commenter mentioned, Dolphin can’t run BOTW. Yuzu has been working great since I posted and I’ve heard great things about Cemu as well.
So glad it helped! The gyro might work over Bluetooth when the controller is in its normal Switch mode. The great thing about using it in 2.4GHz is that you can easily toggle between a Bluetooth device, like a Switch, and your computer. I hope it works for you!

Bazarr is an app for finding and managing subtitles that syncs with Radarr and Sonarr. It might work with Plex but I’m not positive
I’ve been using a Quadro P600 for encoding without issue. It seems to be able to handle everything I throw at it, though I never do any crazy multi-streams. I got it for about $80.
