Mods here may not appreciate this post since it’s pretty off topic, but I’m sure glad to have seen this!
My back pain is generally much more related to my legs than I expect. Like others here are suggesting I’ve had good luck with yoga and stretching, but I’ve had the most success with poses that stretch my glutes, thighs, and calves.
On desktop I use Tildes. It’s fairly minimalistic in terms of features, but very smooth and attractive UI. It does what I need with no headaches and looks great doing it. Like many others here I use AntennaPod on mobile.
You can also use Redreader. It’s been my main way of accessing reddit for years and it’s actually the only app (that I know of) with the API exception for being accessibility focused and non-monetized. It’s FOSS and has been ad free forever, although I fear reddit will make them start serving reddit’s ads on the first.
I’ve played a good bit of FTL and never felt like I knew what I was doing.
