I’m so excited for severance season 2. I can’t fathom how they could recreate the perfection of season 1 but I have my hopes up regardless

Such a fantastic show, killed in its prime:(
probably goes without saying, but Doritos locos tacos. if you really want to violate your senses you can order a cheesy gordita crunch with a Doritos locos shell
oh noooo icons sharing a common design language and color scheme? the absolute horror.
if you can’t tell the difference between these icons i have a great educational resource for you
lol literally. like yes… that’s the point of being rich. unless you have literal scrouge mcduck fantasies of diving into an ocean of momey
Not an iPhone user but if there’s one thing that is making me want to switch it’s the ads and bloatware. Spending $1000+ on a device that shows ads inside the system apps and includes software like ESPN and Facebook that you can’t uninstall without serious technical know-how is insane. Are the profit margins really that bad on smartphone hardware??
HOW DARE YOU CORRECT OPS TITLE YOU MOTHERFUCKER ILL KILL YOU
yeah that’s my preferred way to play. it feels more like a community that way as opposed to a neighborhood run by an HOA lol. buuuut it is a lot to moderate so I understand why claims would be good for a server with a large playerbase
oh sorry my mistake carry on
yes and I’d probably still sit in the driveway for a few min figuring out what I want to put on
can we please agree to stop using “tRump” it’s embarrassing
i mean theres so many kbin communities, which one???
I would say C# is a better bet as it abstracts a lot more from you than cpp. And as the name suggests the syntax is much like C so if you already have some basic understanding you should be fine. Also as others have said you’d is a learning opportunity, try to have fun with it!
yeah that’s valid I feel you. I’m in the same boat
Based on the down votes and comments I think a lot of people could benefit from reading the whole post…
First by remaining federated, due to how federation works, lemmy.world actually downloads content from the instance hosting the piracy community. meanwhile reddit only allows links, not actual content, uploaded to their site.
Second this is just a small group of people not a tech company. Reddit can hire a team of lawyers to defend them and developers to develop tools to remove pirated content. I doubt lemmy.world has resources like that
that’s basically just a casserole without some extra ingredients. sounds great to me
