  • I agree with other users saying neem oil. Just be careful, its oily, stinks when sprayed and it is technically a pesticide (even though its natural)

Also yes to other users suggesting cut back to root/above node. All dead/brown stuff is exactly that. Dead. If you really like a certain leaf you can trim brown spots off, but if the cause is underlying like bugs or nutrients that hasn’t been fixed it will continue to brown

Good luck! Monstera are tough, she’ll be fine soon

  • I know tobacco laws in this country (USA) are archaic. It seems like this ties into tax laws more since tobacco regulation and taxing is determined by locality. And by restricting federal handling they can push this closer to the localities instead of a federal blanket of laws

Also notice this line; "…aerosolized solution, delivers nicotine, flavor or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device.”
They know it might be used for cannabis. It’s just like how non-alcoholic beer falls under alcohol regulations even though it should be treated like normal beverages. Good examples of old laws not properly reflecting the current times

  • I think you’ll struggle with the coherent part

Most LLMs can do a few paragraphs and stay on topic but after thet they need better guidance, usually by changing the prompt to stay relevant. 10k+ words can be hard for normal authors to stay coherent on a single prompt, let alone a GPT-3 model
