They never forced a retroactive change
They never forced a retroactive change
I think this is an excuse. Using the CLI you can easily create and specify the default branch. It’s also not difficult to check the branch name.
Where can I read more about this statistic?
Many of these are regulated and require disclosures to the user. I’d like to see win chances for each item tier disclosed as part of opening a crate. They do this in other countries.
Food items require ingredient lists and nutritional information and are subject to many regulations as food in general. Many countries tax sugary items with little nutritional value. Alcohol requires ABV displayed on the bottle and is heavily regulated behind ID laws. Porn probably has the laziest end user regulations but other regulations have happened to prevent abuse within the production of porn.
My teenage nephews play CS and can all buy keys to unlock cases with no age verification.
I use GitHub and all my older repos have a master branch with no forced change. When did they force a change? I think you are mistaken.
We’re just used to it though. What does master have above main in terms of communicating context?
The word algorithm has a bad reputation here, and there is a lot of abuse in over tuning it, but Reddit does do a better job showing me things I want while showing me bits from other communities. Even though there are 8 sorting algorithms here none of them quite satisfy my want. Scaled is a little closer but gives too many posts from the same community.
Not for us but definitely for others. This kind of scale up pricing is all the rage because it works so well. Either some sucker buys the top thing as a flex or someone sees the $1 as a discount. Either purchase is a win. And us not buying it would be true at almost any price point so no loss of sale there.
Why is Elon Musk in this comment? He’s not Technology news. Get this content out of here!
Is that what you want? But seriously the only time I see complaining is when it’s not actual tech news, just some random ass tweet he put out.
Exactly! When you’re a teenager it’s hard to appreciate these things. I know I definitely took it for granted but I at least respected my family enough to not start an online game around dinner time.
I love the confidence here after stating you don’t use Twitch. Twitch changed the way they deliver in stream ads, it’s much more difficult to block now because it comes in as part of the video stream and not something added on top.
Agreed that competition only helps us users
Battle hardened > new
Unless the new has a killer feature set worth the trade off in potential bugs
COVID mortality basically dropped to a rarity with the vaccine. You can also check public data and see the population of non vaccinated against vaccinated. There is plenty of data to show the vaccines are working. Don’t trust the talking heads, check for yourself!
Live in the US. I saw the news covering it in 2019 and showing footage of people passing out in China. China was the one downplaying it to the world back then.
These days you’ll need to clear localStorage, sessionStorage, and localDb to really do this. The rise in tokens means some sites only use those.
Looks great I’ll have to give it a spin
Mr Free Speech Absolutist
Except when it is about me
Except when it is from a competitor
Except when I don’t like it
We’re in strong whaboutism territory though. We can look to regulate and fix gambling in gaming without having to examine every regulation problem out there. I think we all agree that gambling mechanics in games are not healthy for people and currently face almost no rules at all.
