That’s how I started using Windows, it’s a slippery slope, didn’t fall for it!

I haven’t blocked a single anything, but I don’t feel like I’ve had a reason to or even run into anything questionable so far.
I don’t understand why it seems so common. Are people having issues on other servers?
Forspoken is low key incredible and like, exactly one sound bite sealed it’s fate, once it became a meme, people already made up their mind about it.
It was one of the best games I played last year and I found the story to be compelling and the gameplay fresh.
I think it’ll be regarded as a hidden gem in the future unironically.
I mean, yes, but there is a finite amount, we just don’t have the ability to accurately gauge how finite. We also created new techniques for extraction and technology changed to enable those new techniques.
The information was good at the time, but it won’t get better at the same rate, we’re closer to the truth now than we were before because of advancement.
Anyway, my point is the new estimate is much closer to true than the one your comparing it to.
It’s no longer true as of about two years ago no, but the measurement was always a bit skewed for Western audiences and glosses over increases in specific types of crimes ( categorically ) such as homicide bombings and domestic terrorism.
Honestly I think everything should move to 20.
Alcohol purchase, consumption. Military conscription, draft, voluntary service Age of majority, marriageable age Voting with automatic voting registration Drug consumption including nicotine, caffeine, and cabinets Driving ( permits at a prior age with supervision )
We know people’s brains aren’t really formed enough even at 18 to consider people adults, this younger age is a hold over from even younger ages and doesn’t reflect reality.
People who are not fully developed shouldn’t be able to make decisions with the full weight of adulthood, to take any other position is barbaric.
Broken arms
At Midnight! OMG super in joke on our really niche, non pop culture website.
In English the ‘base’ of the word is ‘operate’. Co, an affix ( prefix ) modifies operate and means something like ‘operate together’, and can even be written as co-operative ( noun ) or co-operate ( verb, but antiquated in my opinion ) .
So it’s usually written without the dash, but when it’s shorted to ‘coop’ I think it’s best to use the dash as it removes ambiguity.
Depends on the size of the flock in the coop
There is essentially no way to enforce, or even monitor this, like it’s fundamentally impossible without controlling everything from stl creation, to weapon construction.
I used it a decade ago and it was my favorite distro
Honestly malls are thriving where I live, and I go regularly to extremely large crowds. I know it’s a trend worldwide, but if all I knew was my local city, I would have no idea.
I took out a loan, but the service request was in my partner’s name. It’s my phone, but now I’m getting crazy crypto spam WhatsApp stuff in her name, along with home security spam and other spam I never got before. Since it’s coming to my phone, in their name, either or both companies sold me / us out and we were getting calls within days.
You got voted down, but this is absolutely real. I speak multiple languages, but none with the nuance and clarity of context as I do English. I communicate with folks all across the world that are all English speakers, however, the variance in comprehension is so drastic that at times we’re really not using the same language, even if we’re using some of the same words.
If you emigrate to a country, it’s a reasonable expectation that you’ll learn the language. The United States doesn’t technically have an official language, English is just de facto, but from a practical standpoint it’s absolutely occupying that role, and will in perpetuity.
I can absolutely agree with the premise that being frustrated with language barriers isn’t racism, it’s an actual real and realized impediment to understanding.
Poor Starbound, forgotten to the ages…
Halo Wars made a dent. It had marketing.
Ye u right.
Gross.
I think people misunderstood what I meant entirely. I’m saying it’s gross to need an ad blocker just to browse the web, which should be in line with the values of the people here. I got down voted badly and I think it is because there was some possible alternative explanation that I still don’t understand.
I don’t think you understand the joke. Usually people switch to Linux dual booting coming from Windows, I was making the opposite joke - starting from Linux and dual booting into Windows and then switching.
PS. I once set up BURG and quad booted 4 Linux distros, get on my level
