The actual reselling is done by a shell company that disappears and reappears with a different name when hit by lawyers.
This website just gets referral money from each sale, they’re not selling the grey market keys
Many shopping sites are based on woocommerce, which is an ugly hack transforming a blogging platform in a store.
Like if you take a school and made it a supermarket with all the goods scattered on the desks in the classrooms.
Sucks at performance and sucks at search.
And the best part is that while the key is valid, the license isn’t, so technically you’re paying for a pirated app
(Explanation: those keys come from msdn or from a Microsoft partner action pack - they activate and look legit, but are licensed only for development and internal testing for that company)
not a technical but you can’t just do full disk encryption and put the password manually at every single boot?
It seems very unlikely that a reputable hosting company would snoop even in that case
If we’re talking about 3 letter agencies, for the dedicated servers they’ll directly seize the disks…
Yay everything is back
I wanted it to control the computers via Intel amt, but the official tools sucked. Went to download and they were removed: of course he had to be fired after multiple decades to make the shareholders happy
From that day i am boycotting Intel, you have customers that paid a premium for fucking Intel vpro and then you fire the guy who in his free time made an invaluable tool that increased your corporate sales???
I was searching for a binary 6 months ago and they were all removed. The website is still offline
Meshcentral is discontinued because it was based on Intel ME (official program completely sucks) and when the dev was fired by Intel, he obviously lost any interest in the thing. All downloads even removed, only the source is available
This should of been on PS+ Day One
I’m not a gamer, but isn’t a ps+ subscription mandatory for online gaming? If it was free for ps+ games, that meant it was f2p from the start
The main benefit of web3 “games” is that a dev can make millions from something with PS2 graphics, recycled assets and zero innovation
I watched the GitHub and it looks like it’s deepin os with a custom settings app and a MacOS style dock.
At that point just install deepin os and hope they don’t lie about user privacy (being owned by a Chinese for-profit doesn’t help)
Chrome definitely leaves permanent traces on windows when you uninstall it
And on MacOS there isn’t an uninstaller too, you just send the app to the trash, but all the preferences and leftovers keep littering the drive
It’s the same bot of the other post!
This time the bot accidentally copied a popular comment, usually they copy a comment with no likes, then have other bots to send hundreds of likes to make it prominent over the other and have the algorithm show it more often
Because they love to change the URLs of their website every year. For an old product everything a search engine gives you is an error 404.
You need the service manual, and in the service manual there’s all the detailed specs and variants and exact product numbers of supported components

main issue with apple stuff is the ridiculous pricing for memory.
$500 to add just 8gb of ram and 128gb of SSD? What’s that, the year 2012?
It’s 2024 and it’s ridiculous that a $1500 laptop comes with the same amount of memory of a $300 Motorola smartphone
Seems normal for apple.
Super pretty yet lacking of the most basic features.
See the calculator that they shipped with iOS in the last 15 years, doesn’t even have history or at least the capacity to hold a single value in memory like the calculators in the 80s
If it’s a Linux problem why Microsoft has to patch it?
It’s like if someone gives you a ride to the hospital and the doctor treats him instead of you
And probably disable quick boot as I’m guessing the kernel is going to get pissed when you suddenly switch between virtualization and native
In Italy when the government reduced vat on ebooks from 22% to 4% not a single publisher passed the savings to the customer and they even increased the prices
