Currently replaying A Link to the Past (1991). It’s not even that old.

Yeah. And it’s not just them. People do this all the time. It’s so obvious it’s almost insulting.
I do want to see bushcraft content, but jfc, bushcraft posts go in the bushcraft pile.

Ok look… nobody is fooled that you’ve joined Lemmy 9 hours ago and are trying to self-advertise. You’ve been spamming your video link everywhere it doesn’t belong, and not said a word otherwise. You’re probably going to get banned once enough people get annoyed and report you for spam.
Lemmy users as a whole HATE ads.
If you want to share your video I recommend being sincere about it and put it somewhere like !Bushcraft@lemmy.ml Yes, it’s pretty dead there. It could use someone to post content, like yourself. Just stop trying to disguise it, and instead be like “I’m a bushcraft Youtuber and I made a log cabin”.
Best wishes from a bushcraft appreciator / Lemmy user.

I use Mint for my streaming laptop and it works fine - great, even.
My main PC is still on Windows because from what I understand FL Studio needs WINE to run, and I could never get WINE to work on the streaming laptop. That plus 10 years of files and shit that I don’t know if they will work or whatever if I did switch over. Pretty sure most or all of my Steam games would work fine, it’s just too many unknowns for everything else. I’d be happy to be proven wrong but it’s too big of a hassle for now.

I’m sorry, I don’t make the rules

Every time you switch you have to peel off a layer of dead skin line a cocoon.

Lunacid. Just finished 100%ing it and I’m impressed. I wasn’t expecting to get so much out of it, but it took nearly 40 hours.

I’ve been on a 3D platformer binge.
Just finished Castle on the Coast and was pleasantly surprised. It starts off feeling a little janky, but after the first 30-60 minutes realize it’s intentional and you are a silly giraffe parkour GOD. Some later levels get into abstract platforming and refreshingly different mechanics than I’ve experienced before. Worth checking out if you’re a 3D platformer-head.

Currently playing through Spyro Reignited Trilogy. Never played any of them before, but always wanted to. Just finished the first one and it was quite fun, although I did not like the final boss. There should have been a checkpoint after the first phase (2 keys phase). Looking forward to finding out how they developed the mechanics from there in 2 and 3.

Breaking a commandment doesn’t send you to hell, it’s just a ding on your record which you can wipe clean infinitely by asking for forgiveness.

Pardon me for checking your post history, but I noticed you’ve posted in the Canada community and therefore you might be Canadian. Is it possible you’ve been eating more local fruit this year due to boycotts? I wonder if there’s some relation.
I noticed my Ontario blueberries were very sweet this year, compared to the imported ones I’ve had in the past that could be somewhat bitter or tart. I have no evidence if this is a reason why they’re sweeter though, I’m just guessing.

It’s a slow process. Look at the contrast between how you are currently feeling versus how you were at your lowest and realize the progress that you’ve made.
If he wants to ballet dance, then he does it. That’s why he’s the Chad.

Into the Unwell playtest. It caught my attention at Summer Game Fest and I was lucky enough to get the invite. I am loving it so far and can’t wait for it to release. Go wishlist it now!
Also playing a bit of Garfield Kart: Furious Racing. Fun little Kart game and the sequel is in the works.

Then either your boss or yourself are shit at managing workloads properly. If you can’t take 10min it’s too much work for you.
I mean the whole point is for them to extract value from me which I understand. Where I’m from we have designated break time in the work day. It’s not that I don’t get any breaks, but an additional 10 minutes per hour would certainly have a noticeable impact. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you mean by a “pause” - I’m not firing on all cylinders the entire time, that’s for sure.
You think you’re special and can’t get burnt out? May I ask if you’re over 30 yet?
I didn’t say I was special. I meant that my calendar is not jam-packed, thankfully. It’s maybe 1 or 2 reminders per day at most, for short tasks that I need remember to do at certain times. In fact these tasks tend to be even easier and less taxing than regular work, and using the calendar as a reminder means that I’m not committing any brain power to remember them which helps too. I have experienced burnout at a previous job and this is nowhere close. I do appreciate your concern though.
Thank you for the recommendation. This is great. Here’s what I got on a quick first try lol
