I don’t get why anyone goes to a Starbucks still. If I want aRtiSAn coffee I can still get it cheaper and probably far better quality.

My favorite indulgence is an iced coffee with bananas from Nordstrom (I’m still confused why they went into the coffee business but they are quite successful) and the large cup is still cheaper than what Starbucks offers. I haven’t set foot in one for a couple of years because 7$ for an iced mocha was revolting.

Their iced mocha coffee was all I drank but even the glass bottles they sold in stores I had to stop buying. It’s coffee, not gold!

Being good to your customers shouldn’t be some wild concept.

They can go fuck themselves. I don’t even post and it’s aggravating how many questions I see go unanswered because they declare it a duplicate or something else to make it invalid. I see it more commonly now when I have more complex issues. Thanks but that post you linked to being the “original” is not the solution. They don’t even gain anything from doing this. I’ve thought about it but while it is more free, the city layout looks worse. At least the public transportation is serviceable here.

I’m just trying to finish my degree to leave. It’s a shame Miami is so unique because I can’t find any place with such diversity. Only comparable alternative I could find in the US was NYC.

Very powerful statement, but I somehow doubt they’d be so committed to the spirit of it. Like someone else said, companies are allowed to underpay disabled employees.
