Yeah i do need the backup for that purpose , my PC is relatively new it has mostly my univ code and some work docs.!!

Ok yeah external hard drive makes sense ! I used windows only for my univ work , they needed Ms office for their reports etc , office 365 basically but since its over now ,I can use the apps I want

I need to move my system to linux , however there is data on my system i need to backup, any way I can do that ?.

Tbh i have used linux on my home pc for years now and now they are very polished products , except most corporate apps are not there !

It has a history in the US anti trust (when the laws really worked)

Since they believe that they are the landlord and you are a tenant using their product so … !

So far thunder has been the best client

Easiest way of doing that is firefox reading mode , it takes one click and can bypass most if not all paywalls !
