I have no clue how they’re making money, I think I bought Terraria for four bucks eight years ago

I know you’re just trying to prove a point about physical disks, but if you actually wanted to borrow a copy of someone’s game, Steam will let you do it
what do you think should’ve won?
I’m kinda surprised at how much people’s opinions of Cyberpunk 2077 has changed since release. Did the DLC really fix all of the issues people had with the game?
Steam itself has an offline mode, even if they sell online-only games. I use it pretty often.
I didn’t know that, actually, that’s cool
We should look up the lead developer! I’m sure they have been an overall positive influence on gaming culture
When I was a kid, one of my friends would refuse to go into caves in Skyrim cause they didn’t like being underground. I remember thinking “damn, you’ve locked yourself out of like 90% of the game but whatever floats your boat”
I had a similar experience with Hollow Knight. Mind you, the entire map is underground, but there are certain very deep parts that are incredibly claustrophobic and I avoided them as much as I could.
90% of gamers stop investing in a company right before the devs make an adequate game
Since the guy has blown up in the last week-ish, he drew a new meme of him

Sorry for instagram link, this is just where I know him from. Philibbankss is the name of the artist.
I’m glad the helldivers are eating good, but warframe players are having three course meals every couple months
That’s just as gross as I was imagining 😬
Now I want to get MacOS on one just to make gamers twitch
Hey now, not every AAA game is shitty. The Monster Hunter games have been gorgeous and I’m excited for their next game
What’s your favorite game?
I hate investor leeches as much as the next person but saying “I want Ubisoft to focus on long-term strategy to provide exceptional experience to the gamers, rather than try to release multiple mediocre games every year” is not that crazy of an input
that’s their next project after Hollow Knight: Silksong
Play Warframe lol. Almost no vaulted content after ten years, and new quests coming out every couple months. 50 gigs.
The modding community for starbound is super healthy though. It’s basically the perfect environment for it: no more updates, a lot of established groundwork, conveniently separated game files. Heck, you can completely change the world generation halfway through a playthrough as long as you move to a part of the universe that hadn’t been generated yet
