Apart from that, aren’t Palestinians also semitic?

Don’t act like YouTube won’t crack down on those as well. YouTube getting more aggressive about ads is bad for everyone.
I don’t entirely get what’s going on in the comments here but I just love how one responder pointed out how SpaceX is not the same as Tesla when no one prior had mentioned either.
That’d still be exploitable. You could just run 3 of your own instances. Coming up with a system to stop malicious users that can’t be gamed would be tricky.
Everyone’s comparing the placements of their favorite language and I’m just left wondering how GolfScript gets beaten by seven other languages. I take it out was created specifically to do well on code golf? Mission failed, I guess.
Extra spicy take: The Luddites were right. They were really always about opposing unethical use of technology, people who use their name as an insult were always all about “progress over people”, and you should never feel bad for being called a Luddite.
My 2DS is my retro handheld.
I can see why you’d look at it that way, but it just says it can extract confessions, not that those confessions are truthful.
Ooo, old school AI 😍
In our current cultural consciousness, I’m not sure that even qualifies as AI anymore. It’s all about neutral networks and machine learning nowadays.
Pizza Tower is genuinely amazing.
Cassette Beasts also surprised me in how good it was.
4chan was never based.
Being able to black list, downplay or uplift specific sources is awesome
I’ve never heard of Kagi, but yeah, those features sound like a godsend. I’d love it if you could have that on a search engine that isn’t pay to use.
As much as I’ve come to loathe Google, I think even that is a bit unfair to them. Search engine optimization is a result of the existence of search engines, because being at the top of the results is always worth good money.
Back before Google was the top dog, there were numerous search engines, and I’m pretty sure people shared tips on how to get further up on the results even then, they just didn’t use the term SEO yet.
Google became the dominant search engine because it gave better results than anyone else, because it wasn’t so easy to manipulate your ranking on the results. But there were always sites that wanted to be on top even when they shouldn’t be. Google stayed ahead of their game for some decades, but now it looks like they can’t or won’t keep it up anymore.
You guys have to be memeing. I can sort of see the 4, although it’s pretty subtle. But there’s no way that’s a 7. It clearly curves at the top, like a 2.
Edit: Ok, nevermind. I just loaded up the image in an image editor and shifted the hue a bit. I can see the 74 then. I knew from previous color vision tests that I had somewhat less than average color vision, but I didn’t think it would be this striking.
Edit 2: Oh, and here’s the edited image, for others who might have trouble seeing it (I hope you won’t have trouble with this image, too):
I honestly wonder if this is going to end up forcing the X graphics system to rename itself based on trademark law.
Hm yeah, competing with such loss leader printers would be difficult. But how come I’ve never heard of anyone making things such as bootleg printer ink? Or does the police barge into the doors of anyone who tries?
Personally I tend to use my bike moreso to get from place to place than just for leasure. Although I’ve also been exploring various side-streets lately, mostly to figure out what the best routes are that minimize my risk of getting run over.
I think there should be some bicycle-specific communities somewhere on Lemmy as well, you might enjoy those. Although I only really know about the German one.
Lucky you. Half my wishlist is games that aren’t even out yet.
I honestly really like this idea. I would’ve been a fan of the model where copyright just outright can’t be transferred from actual creators to a company, but that creates massive problems for collaborative works that don’t have a single one creator. This model of giving individual creators lifelong copyright nicely addresses that problem.
There’s the camp of those who say that inheritance is synonymous with OOP. I’m not in that camp, but I’d like to see you duke it out with them.
