Obviously biased, but c/breadtube for is my go to for left video content and discussion.
Workers taking smoke breaks is fine. Anything that gives workers more breaks is good. You can takethose breaks too. Just tell them its a smoke break. If management says anything, tell them you have just as much need for it as anyone who smokes. Don’t get mad at your fellow workers. Get mad at the employer.

You have a lot of granularity with the options. If you start on the hardest settings, you are sure to fail (but I actually liked learning it like that). You can modify which features require your management, such as water, waste, education, loyalty, etc. It is often recommended that new players start with most of the options on the easier settings, then turn on new features as you learn.
