Went to Jellyfin, took like 2 hours to figure out what’s different. I don’t even remember, are there any features worth it staying on Plex? At least I’m not missing anything.

Also for watch together you start a watch group and can watch a show episode for episode. Instead of having to open each episode separately and having everyone join again (but maybe Plex fixed this already, I wouldn’t know).

Just put it behind tailscale and use the IP. Doing this for a two years now with weekly anime watch togethers with my friends. Not elegant but enough.

If I have trust in the developers that the game won’t be an absolute shitfest (i.e. they have an okayish track record) and I want to play on day one to be part of the community, yes. That said, the last game was Elden Ring and the next is Monster Hunter Wilds, so that doesn’t happen very often.

Nightreign and Subnautica 2 are also on the list, I’m not too hyped about anything else this year.

I had this exact issue on an old gaming PC, PSU wouldn’t power the MB, but would be fine by itself. My GPU had a short, gods know how it happened. Juts keep disconnecting parts and try powering up again until you get the LED indicator. If everything is gone and it still won’t power on, it’s the MB. You could get a multimeter and measuring the power lines to see if there is a short (5V to ground, 12V to ground and I think there are 24V lines?). Maybe look for burst or burned capacitors and if you’re crafty and able to solder replace them. Otherwise replace the MB or defect parts.

Is there any other maintained switch emulator currently? I did not play anything since the last Pokémon but that was on Yuzu…

While we’re at the topic, which DNS do you guys usually use as upstream? On my router I think I set quad9 and cloudflare over TLS but sometimes I notice on new websites I need to refresh a couple of times until it works, might be DNS. Was too lazy to look into it since gaming and apps work without issues.
