Our new build home with this much sun is still warm most of the time. The heating app is showing that the house easily stays above 22° even through the night currently. The thermostat is left unchanged year round to come on when house internal day time temp goes below 18. The Mrs has started using her heated blanket before bed though.
If you’re further north in a poorly insulated property then I imagine the heating is going to be needed soon.
