oh wow, what a blunder. don’t they like double check? you know, like four-eyes dual control principle, like we do at work for everything important?
Why do we pretend the government is in anyway competent?
A person working in the prison service isn’t the government.
And yet how often do we see people who make blunders like this promoted? I work with people who’ve made catestrophic errors and been rewarded by more pay and seniority. It’s the British Way.
