He did, took him to the beach one final time in the morning, gave him all the treats he wanted, vet came round and we held him until he was gone. We pick his ashes up next week… went to the beach this morning and it felt wrong, the house feels empty. Spent this afternoon, clearing up his stuff and washing everything to put in storage… in tears the whole time.
