      That kind of gives me an idea

      What if to get a verified badge, it’s multiple users paying for it for you to have. Like fans and stuff. This has some faults of course, but I’m sure the base idea could be worked with one way or another.

      Side note: Why are people still using Xitter?? 😭

        That would be similar to the “web of trust” approach where users vouch for each other, and you can determine how much you trust someone, or at least their account, based on how many others vouch for them, and much you trust those users.
